Membership Fees 2026 - 2027
Current members can renew their membership directly on TEAMO, our club management app.
Membership Categories:
Adult - 25 years and over - £310 with match fees of £12 per match
Retired - £250 with match fees of £12 per match
18 years - U25 years - £250 with match fees of £10 per match
11 years - 17 years - £220 with Saturday match fees only
6 years - U11 years - £160 with no match fees
Under 6 years - £50 with no match fees
Goalkeepers - Reduction of £50 if you have your own kit
Payment required:
Regular membership discount if paid prior to 16th October - Membership increases by £50 from 17th October
or it can be made in two instalments.
1st instalment must be paid by 16th October.
2nd instalment will be 3 months later.
Adult - 25 years and over - £165 & £145
Retired - £140 & £110
18 years - U25 years - £140 & £110
11 years - 17 years - £125 & £95
6 years - U11 years - £90 & £70
One Payment Membership (includes match fees)
Adult - over 25 years - £480
Retired - £400

The one payment membership MUST be paid in FULL by 30th September. CUP/Mixed/Indoor are not included in this option.
One Payment Membership can now be paid in three instalments. The first payment must be paid prior to 15 September. The 2nd prior to 15th of October and the 3rd payment before 15th of November

Teamo App for use by all Members of Horsham Hockey Club
Horsham Hockey Club requires all members to be registered on TEAMO to be able to pay your membership and match fees’
We also use the Teamo app to provide members with a central club portal for information which is GDPR compliant and will allow you to keep up to date with everything at the club.
All club members will need to download and register on this app to join the club. Please register before your first training session. For juniors this can be a parent.

You will then be able to download the app onto smartphones and tablets to keep up to date with all fixtures, training and social events, chat with teammates and coaches and be allocated to a team.
You do not have to pay membership fees on registration - but all membership subscriptions will be invoiced and paid through Teamo.
Existing Members - At each new season you will have a banner on your Dashboard saying "Membership Information Required".
By clicking on this, you will be asked to update your member information (e.g. Emergency Contacts, Shirt Number, the Declarations etc.) and make your membership payment. You do not need to re-register with teamo.
Game Management System - England Hockey Player Registration System
All Hockey Players must Sign Up before you play any games
From Monday 6th September 2021, All club players must sign up to GMS if they are going to play in competitions organised on GMS. This includes all adult league matches and junior competitions that are run via GMS. The system will start to form a player’s hockey history across all the games they play for any team or club in hockey.
It’s the start of a much better digital provision in hockey nationally and locally and we need all players to be there from the start. This is also the method for team officials for matches, eg coach, manager, sports therapist, to sign up. The process is slightly different for players over 18 and those under 18. The process for players signing up is as follows.
Players over 18 must:
