Membership Fees 2023 - 2024

Current members can renew their membership directly on Teamo, our club management app.
Membership Categories:
Adult - Over 25 years - £250 with match fees of £10 per match
Retirement - £200 with match fees of £10 per match
U18 - U25 years - £200 with match fees of £8 per match
U11 - 17 years - £180 with no match fees
U8 - U10 years - £120 with no match fees
Payment required:
FULL payment is required by Fri 13th October 2023, or it can be made in two instalments
1st instalment of £150 (60%) No later than Fri 13th October 2023
2nd instalment of £100 (40%) No later than Fri 26th January 2024

Under 18 - £320
The one payment membership MUST be paid in FULL by 30th September (no instalment options with this membership)

Teamo App for use by all Members of Horsham Hockey Club
Horsham Hockey Club requires all members to be registered on TEAMO to be able to pay your membership and match fees’
We also use the Teamo app to provide members with a central club portal for information which is GDPR compliant and will allow you to keep up to date with everything at the club.
All club members will need to download and register on this app to join the club. Please register before your first training session. For juniors this can be a parent.
To register for this season select the link below and follow the instructions: https://teamo.chat/club/register/horsham
You will then be able to download the app onto smartphones and tablets to keep up to date with all fixtures, training and social events, chat with teammates and coaches and be allocated to a team.
You do not have to pay membership fees on registration - but all membership subscriptions will be invoiced and paid through Teamo.
Existing Members - At each new season you will have a banner on your Dashboard saying "Membership Information Required".
By clicking on this, you will be asked to update your member information (e.g. Emergency Contacts, Shirt Number, the Declarations etc.) and make your membership payment. You do not need to re-register with teamo.
Game Management System - England Hockey Player Registration System
All Hockey Players must Sign Up before you play any games
From Monday 6th September 2021, All club players must sign up to GMS if they are going to play in competitions organised on GMS. This includes all adult league matches and junior competitions that are run via GMS. The system will start to form a player’s hockey history across all the games they play for any team or club in hockey.
It’s the start of a much better digital provision in hockey nationally and locally and we need all players to be there from the start. This is also the method for team officials for matches, eg coach, manager, sports therapist, to sign up. The process is slightly different for players over 18 and those under 18. The process for players signing up is as follows.
Players over 18 must:

Select ‘player’, add your details and select your club (get this right!)

You’ll get a code sent so you can proceed

Complete your full profile

Wait for approval from your club

Players under 18 must be registered by a parent

3. You’ll get a code sent so you can proceed
4. Complete your full profile including the details of your players
5. Wait for approval from your club
(Note that when players are 18 full profiles can be created and transferred to player)
